The Habashy Law Firm consists of seasoned professionals with wide and deep experience in accounts-receivable management and third-party collections. We work with clients large and small-from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
The Habashy Law Firm History
The Habashy law Firm opened its doors with the new century. As business progressed, the office was relocated to Glendale, California. This allowed our business to expand dramatically during the crucial years following the 2008 foreclosure crisis.
Habashy Law Firm has taken a number of steps to assist distressed homeowners. First, Habashy law Firm began offering loan modification services. As the Great Recession came to an end, and the White House shifted its support from modification to liquidation, Habashy Law Firm offered its clients to negotiate on their behalf for short sale of their properties.
After freeing thousands of clients from the tyranny of foreclosure, Habashy Law Firm expanded its business model to include bankruptcy services. We currently offer Chapter 7 and Chapter 13, in addition to Chapter 11, for both debtors and creditors. Habashy Law Firm is member of all four bankruptcy districts within the state of California.
Moreover, Habashy Law Firm started representing consumers in insurance claims since the middle of 2009. Habashy Law Firm had great success against Allstate and other insurance corporations.
Looking ahead, Habashy Law Firm is constantly expanding. Our firm staff is increasing as our number of clients increases. We are looking to expand into corporate law and relations. In March of 2011, Habashy Law Firm launched an exclusive business to business collection services. Habashy Law Firm is also examining the possibility of offering Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) such as mediation and arbitration.
Social Causes
Habashy Law Firm believes in investing back in the community. Habashy Law Firm conducts yearly food drives to help local food banks around the time of holidays. We also provide assistance-ship for distressed homeowners who can’t afford to pay full fees.
In addition, Habashy Law Firm asks its employees and staff to submit proposals for community projects. The winning project is given a grant from our firm to assist in the expenses. In the past, Habashy Law Firm’s grants were given to projects within the Coptic and Armenian Communities.
Moreover, our office offers in-house notary services free of charge for firm’s clients on the first and third Saturdays of every month. Habashy Law Firm also advices a number of non-profit organization on various legal questions.
